My daughter and son in law's wedding still seems like it happened just yesterday. Carly was our first daughter to get married and we experienced so many emotions that day. The ceremony was at St. Charles Garnier and it was beautiful....every little detail was thought about and planned by my daughter. Now that she is an interior designer this trait certainly serves her well! I remember watching her Dad and her walk up the isle and her entire childhood flashed before my eyes and the emotion was overwhelming. I remember being so filled with love & happiness and lifted up with joy that day. One of the things that made it extra special was that Kurt & Carly came back to the farm, her childhood home, for their photos. I still just LOVE looking at both our daughters wedding photos. It was from these weddings that I first started seeing how gorgeous a venue the farm could maybe be.
After photos were done we headed to the Kelowna Banquet Centre for a super fun reception. Walking in and seeing everything we anticipated and planned put together was the best feeling. I'm especially wowed by flowers the most. From the guests, the speeches, the stories and the memories made, it was the best day ever!
We were so happy to welcome Kurt to our family.
Our Beautiful Daughter, Carly. She takes my breath away...this day and every day.
